Prairie double ipa... pine and crisp perfection. How are they calling a whiskey from Texas bourbon?

I had a couple of Santa Fe Brewing’s Happy Camper IPAs on the golf course and then a Stone IPA after.

Bourbon only has to be from the USA. Kentucky is the traditional home, but it’s not a requirement.
Also, some damn fine bourbon comes out of Texas. Try some Garrison Brothers if you have a chance.

Oh hmm... I thought it was the limestone water in Kentucky that made it exclusive to the area. I’m pretty sure it was at one point exclusive. Wonder what changed. Garrison brothers. I will try to remember that.
